Join Jonathan Glass, ND and wilderness instructor, Joshua Glass, for a 3-day hands-on journey into the principles of Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Wilderness Awareness, set within New England’s autumn forests.
Guided By:Jonathan Glass, ND, M.A.c. is the founder and author of the Total Life Cleanse. He is a Naturopath, Master Acupuncturist, Ayurvedic Practitioner, energy healer, herbalist and Natural Health Educator. Jonathan served on the faculty of the New England School of Acupuncture and the Dharma Institute of Yoga and Ayurveda. He has facilitated thousands through his JivAtma Energy Healing and Total Life Cleanse programs. Jonathan has been practicing bhakti yoga for over 30 years. He has been in private practice since 1987 when he co-founded the Healing Essence Center with his wife Katherine, in Concord, Massachusetts.
Joshua Glass, son of Jonathan, is a Deep Nature Connection mentor and primitive skills. He’s dedicated to fostering personal relationships between individuals, communities, and the natural world. Joshua guides youth and families in the wilderness and is proficient in a range of survival skills. Joshua holds a vision of creating conditions for modern people to thrive and balance within the ever-changing worlds of nature and culture.
Melina Feuvrier-Etevenard is a chef, regenerative farmer and nature connection mentor. She blends expertise in crafting, cooking, and primitive skills with a passion for fostering healthy ecosystems and cultures. With 12+ years of experience working with groups and individuals on pedagogical farms and nature-based education centers, she's dedicated to aligning nature, human bodies, and development. Melina uses wild-foraged and farmed food to create vitality-rich, nutritionally balanced and exceptionally delicious meals. Her love for nature, crafting, and togetherness enriches her unique approach as a guide.
Your Journey- Hands-on skill development: Firemaking, Foraging Wild Food and Medicine, Crafting, and other practical skills of survival. Experiential learning activities for a deeper understanding of the 5-Element healing systems.

- Daily Lectures to deepen your understanding of the system of elements described by Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine.
- Guided Wilderness Excursions: Cultivate Knowledge of Place, Species Identification and Uses, Aidless Navigation, and Earth-based Sensory Awareness
- Nourishing Meals: Balanced vegetarian meals prepared with locally sourced ingredients. We aim to serve all dietary needs and preferences.
- Accommodations: The 60-acre Serve Love Ashram in Upstate New York offers comfortable and clean accommodations with the choice of private or shared rooms for 1 to 2 people. Bedding is included. Please bring your own towel.
