I, the undersigned, voluntarily release Joshua Glass, their associates, employees, contractors, facilitators, assistants, and volunteers ("Service Providers") from all liability for injury, illness, loss, or damage to myself, my children, or property arising from participation in the program, to the fullest extent permitted in accordance with the applicable laws of the location where the event takes place. I also release the landowners hosting the program ("Landowners") from liability for injury or damage occurring on their property, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct, as recognized under the same applicable jurisdictions. I understand that outdoor and wilderness activities inherently involve risk, including but not limited to exposure to adverse weather, uneven or rugged terrain, insect or animal encounters, use of tools or equipment, allergic reactions, and limited access to emergency services. I voluntarily and knowingly assume all such risks. Participation is entirely voluntary, and I take full responsibility for my own safety and that of my minor children (if applicable). I confirm that all participants under this waiver are in appropriate health for such activities, and I have disclosed all relevant medical conditions. I certify that I have, or accept personal responsibility for obtaining, adequate insurance coverage for injury, illness, and property loss. MEDIA I grant permission to the Service Providers to photograph and record myself and my children for educational, documentation, and promotional purposes, without the need for further consent or compensation, unless I expressly notify the Service Providers verbally or in writing that I do not wish to be recorded, in which case my wishes will be respected. This agreement shall be interpreted and governed under the laws of the location where the event is held. If any part of this agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
